Exchanges and Returns
- Legal Warranty: You can exchange, repair, or request a refund if the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. To validate this, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories.
- Exchange for satisfaction: You will have only 10 business days from your purchase to make an exchange due to problems with the product or simply because you didn't like it. You can only make a product EXCHANGE, not a money REFUND. To validate this, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories. You must coordinate this exchange with us or send the package by courier to our workshop. The costs of the latter are incurred by the customer.
Purchases with pickup:
ACCORDING TO OUR STORAGE POLICY, PRODUCTS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD (GENERALLY 1 TO 4 MONTHS) ARE RETURNED TO STOCK DUE TO LACK OF SPACE AND TO MAINTAIN THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR ORDERS. NO REFUNDS OR PRODUCT EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED.
