Shipping and pickup

Below, we will detail the different shipping methods we use:

Bookslight has 10 business days to process your order.

The delivery or dispatch conditions for products can be chosen by the consumer from the options offered on the website.

  • Product Dispatch for shipments in Santiago

Shipments for the metropolitan region will be made on Tuesdays and Saturdays by the company called "Paket".

All orders close on Mondays and Fridays at 3 pm for shipping the next day.

For the province of Santiago, including Puente Alto, San Bernardo, and Padre Hurtado, if picked up on Tuesday, delivery is on Tuesday or Wednesday; if picked up on Saturday, delivery is on Saturday or Monday. For distant communes in the Metropolitan Region, regardless of when it's picked up, delivery is on Saturday or Sunday. For communes in the V Region, regardless of when it's picked up, delivery is on Saturday or Monday. For communes in the VI Region, regardless of when it's picked up, delivery is on Saturday or Sunday.

All shipments to Santiago are paid for at the time of purchase.

  • Product Dispatch for regions

Shipments to regions are made on Thursdays by Bluexpress with payment on delivery. Once payment is confirmed, the preparation process begins, which can take up to 72 business hours. Purchases made will receive a tracking number to monitor their purchase via WhatsApp or Instagram, or failing that, by email. These will be sent on the night of the shipping day.

Bookslight always ships its products with protective material (bubble wrap or shredded paper) to prevent accidents. In the event this occurs, we are not responsible for damaged products unless it is due to the company's fault for poor packaging.

  • Purchase Order with workshop pickup

Once the purchase is confirmed, you must wait for notification via email or phone call to pick up your product. This process can take 3 to 10 days.

ACCORDING TO OUR STORAGE POLICY, PRODUCTS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD (GENERALLY 1 TO 4 MONTHS) ARE RETURNED TO STOCK DUE TO LACK OF SPACE AND TO MAINTAIN THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR ORDERS.
